This is what is under every dock we build. The frame is marine-grade aluminum, cut and welded in our own shop — it doesn’t rot, doesn’t rust and doesn’t need sealing every spring.
The decking here is pressure treated sienna: warm, hard-wearing and the most popular choice we build with. Western red cedar, PVC, recycled PVC and Thru-Flow are all available on the same frame.
Every panel is removable. That is deliberate — it makes a board swap a ten-minute job years down the road, and it is what makes the dock light enough to take out at the end of the season.
